Our creamy butternut squash soup is both savoury and sweet, thanks to apple. Lightly spiced with coriander, ginger and nutmeg, this orange soup is comfort in a cup.
Our beef tenderloin requires a little planning ahead, but the end result is worth it. The tenderloin is marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette flavoured with green onion, rosemary and black pepper, resulting in a moist and flavourful cut of meat. And it’s topped with a garlic sauce.
Our mashed potato side combines two crowd-pleasing favourites in an unexpected dish. Buttery mashed potatoes are infused with sautéed onion, tomato paste and paprika, then topped with a fresh bruschetta and baked.
