Star Trek actress dies

Joanne Linville died Sunday at age 93. The actress made history with her role as a Romulan Commander in a Star Trek: The Original Series in 1968, as she became the first woman to play a character from the fictional alien race. Her character faced off with Capt. Kirk and romanced Spock. She also played a Southern Civil War widow in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
