Young MNA comes to Cham­plain and Bishop’s to dis­cuss po­lit­i­cal en­gage­ment with Mil­len­ni­als

Fol­low­ing the launch of her book L’au­dace d’agir, Cather­ine Fournier, MNA for the Marie-vic­torin rid­ing on the south shore, paid a visit to Bishop’s and Cham­plain re­cently as part of a prov­ince-wide tour to talk to stu­dents about po­lit­i­cal en­gage­ment and the chal­lenges faced by the Mil­len­nial gen­er­a­tion.

Fournier, who is the youngest MNA in the his­tory of Que­bec, met Cham­plain stu­dents on Thurs­day and re­turned to Lennoxville on Mon­day evening to present her book and speak with roughly 70 Bishop’s stu­dents from Mario Corbin’s So­ci­ol­ogy of Que­bec class.
