Pet Of The Week — Shadow

Hello! I am a 7-year-old male with thick beige fur, not too big, with a stocky build — weighing about 60 pounds. I was a “tied outside all of my life” dog but it sure didn’t take me long to adapt to and appreciate the finer things in life! Here at the shelter I get to live inside, warm and well fed. We get to go outside lots during the day, but we all know we are going to have a nice cozy place to sleep every night! In my past life I didn’t get to meet people but here at the shelter I am slowly acquiring one new human friend at a time and they are nice. Walking with a mission — come on, let’s go — is my passion and I could go on forever. There are so many smells and things to see out there — I want to make up for lost time! Gentle, timid and loving are the words they use around here about me (and sweet…).
