Speaker’s Pro­gram: Ms. Blais, a spe­cial­ist in teach­ing English as a sec­ond/for­eign lan­guage, will share her six-month work ex­pe­ri­ence with the Aga Khan Ed­u­ca­tion Foun­da­tion in training English teach­ers in the Pamir re­gion of Ta­jik­istan and Kyr­gyzs­tan. She will also dis­cuss the many as­pects of the Foun­da­tion’s con­tri­bu­tion to­wards im­prov­ing the lives of peo­ple in some of the most re­mote ar­eas of Asia and in Africa. Ev­ery­one is wel­come. Re­fresh­ments will be served. This will be pre­ceded by a potluck din­ner and a gen­eral assem­bly dur­ing which new mem­bers will be pre­sented.
