Are you concerned/preoccupied with falling? We are now taking names for our January session of the Stand-up (P.I.E.D.) exercise program for the prevention of falls.

On October 30, we held our annual general meeting where all reports were presented and the new Board of Directors was elected. Two board members stepped down as their mandate had ended. We want to sincerely thank Wenda Bean for her wonderful commitment to our organization, its’ clients, its’ volunteers as well as her attentive representation of the seniors of North Hatley and area. We also thank Elizabeth Warlund for her enthusiastic dedication to all aspects of this organization and her lively interest in the social activities for our senior clientele.

We welcome two new members to our Board: Diana Bellows of Lennoxville and Doug Beattie of the Canton de Hatley. They will both bring their own views on the future of the organization and will fit in very well with this group of devoted volunteer Board members. info@communityaid.ca
