- Record Staff

The Colby-curtis Museum in Stanstead is announcing that the second edition of its temporary exhibition Bêtes et Bestiaire – Animals from the Colby-curtis Collection, is currently underway. The enriched and revised edition of the beloved exploration of the theme of animals in the museum’s collection will be on display presented from now until to December 19, 2021.

Young and old alike are invited on a journey through the Museum’s collection of more than 500 objects. The exhibition is the second in a series that aims to shed light on the hidden treasures of the Museum, be they objects of daily life, exceptional artefacts, or strange objects. Come with the family!

This exhibition is made possible by the financial support from the ministère de la Culture et des

Communications du Québec.

Due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is currently only possible to visit the Museum by reservation. To reserve your spot call 819-876-7322 or complete the online form at colbycurtis. ca.

We offer one-hour time slots, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., the last departure to visit being at 3 p.m. Only credit card transactions will be accepted to limit the number of material exchanges.
