The Canadian Federation of University Women-sherbrooke & District will be holding its Public Speaking Competition on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Ten speakers from three schools, Alexander Galt Regional High School, Bishop’s College School and Stanstead College will participate this year. CFUW has had an absence of four years due to Covid and is very pleased to host this event again. We hope you will consider attending and supporting these student speakers. Lennoxville United Church’s Outreach Team will hold its annual “Service of Hope and Inspiration” at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 6 Church Street, Lennoxville. To dedicate flowers in memory of, or in support of, a loved one touched by cancer or any other such disease, please call F. Noble at 819348-9118 by Wednesday, May 1.
