OPP look­ing for lead/ra­di­a­tor thieves

The OPP are on the look­out for three men who re­moved 4,000 pounds of lead and a num­ber of ship ra­di­a­tors from a ship­yard in Port Dover. The stolen items are val­ued at about $5,000. In the early morn­ing hours of Nov. 23, the men forcibly gained ac­cess into a ship­ping con­tainer on Chap­man St. East. Once in­side, they re­moved sev­eral large ship ra­di­a­tors. The same prop­erty was tar­geted Nov. 22, where about 4,000 lbs of lead was stolen. Nor­folk OPP have re­leased im­ages of the sus­pects. Po­lice are con­tin­u­ing to in­ves­ti­gate and are seek­ing the pub­lic’s as­sis­tance.
