Inter Miami’s majority owner Jorge Mas has revealed that Marlins Park is a leading possibility to serve as the club’s temporary home when they join the league in 2020. The baseball stadium in the city’s Little Havana neighbourhood is a $634 million facility with a retractable roof that opened in 2012 and is home to MLB’s Miami Marlins.

Other options include the Hard Rock Stadium and the Florida Atlantic University Stadium in Boca Raton. Meanwhile, Inter Miami are hoping to start construction on their permanent home as soon as possible, and could move in as early as mid-2021.
