FEET MADE FOR SITTING
Kinglsey Coman has had a difficult year. Last February, he sustained a syndesmosis ligament tear which required surgery and thus missed out on the World Cup in Russia. After recovering from the injury, Coman was back in the squad for Bayern’s first Bundesliga game of the 2018/19 season, and suffered another syndesmosis ligament tear. The Frenchman has recently returned to the pitch after undergoing a second foot operation. Now, the 22-year-old says he will consider retiring if he gets another foot injury. Coman said he does not want to go through a third foot operation, and will accept that his foot isn’t made for playing at a high level.
