Outdoor yoga aplenty along South Shore
Whether you are new to yoga or already enjoy a regular practice, consider taking your sun salutations outside this summer.

Maureen Nowlan invites you to join her at the peaceful Woodland Gardens Park behind the Desbrisay Museum in Bridgewater on Tuesday evenings during July and August. Sarah Hrdlicka of Cape Lahave Adventures on the Dublin Shore agrees that “it’s lovely to take your practice outdoors.” She reflects on yoga as “a peaceful experience” and encourages people to change it up and challenge themselves.
