Town of Bridgewate­r and Municipali­ty of the District of Lunenburg (MODL) have partnered to offer a space for people to get active for National Health and Fitness Day.

People are encouraged to visit the LCLC Saturday,

June 5 from 10 a.m. until noon for a series of five activities to get your blood pumping. The activities include road hockey, an obstacle course, skateboard­ing, a scavenger hunt, and Zumba.

The YMCA will also be hosting virtual programs throughout the day.

It’s free to participat­e.
