South Shore minor hockey association given funding

Two Nova Scotia minor hockey associations are receiving $10,000 grants from Kruger Products.

Announced in a recent news release, the South Shore Lumberjacks

Minor Hockey Association and the Cape Breton Blizzard Female Hockey Association have been selected along with 13 other Canadian minor hockey associations to receive grants as part of the Kruger Big Assist program.

Money will be used to help cover the cost of player registration fees for those in need.
