Fe­bru­ary sched­ule an­nounced for In­fluenza Clin­ics in Cy­press Health Re­gion

Af­ter a week of pro­vid­ing In­fluenza Clin­ics out of the Swift Cur­rent Mall, the next se­ries of flu shot clin­ics will be switch­ing to the E.I. Wood Build­ing.

Start­ing this past Mon­day, flu shot clin­cis will be of­fered Mon­day to Fri­day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the fourth floor of the E.I. Wood Build­ing.

All clin­ics con­tinue to be con­ducted on a drop-in style ba­sis with no ap­point­ment is nec­es­sary. Im­mu­niza­tions are be­ing of­fered on a first come, first serve ba­sis un­til sup­plies are de­pleted. Both nasal spray and in­jectable vac­cine will be avail­able at all clin­ics.

Saskatchew­an Health of­fi­cials re­port 16 con­firmed deaths in the prov­ince as a re­sult of in­fluenza along with over 1,180 con­firmed lab cases. A to­tal of 60 pa­tients have been ad­mit­ted to in­ten­sive care as a re­sult of in­fluenza.
