Atom Broncos compile 35 goals during two weekend wins
he Swift Current Tarpon Energy Broncos had their way with the visiting Melville Millionaires over the weekend during two blowout wins in the South East Atom Tier I Hockey League.
The Atom Broncos opened the weekend against the undermanned Millionaires with a 15-0 win on Saturday.
Ben Patenaude led the offence with four goals and one assist, Rylan Silzer had three goals and two assists, and Rhett Dekowny added a goal and four assists. Connor Choo-Foo registered two goals and two assists, while Rohan Pribe and Anthony Wilson both added a goal and three assists.
Carson Sabine chipped in a goal and two assists and McKale Paul and Rylan Williams both added three helpers. Kane Klassen also had a goal and an assist, Brady Wilson scored once, and Carter Herman added an assist.
The onslaught continued Sunday in a 20-1 win led by two goals and six assists from Dekowny and five goals and an assist from Sabine.
Silzer added two goals
Tand three assists, Anthony Wilson and Choo-Foo both tallied two goals and two helpers, while Klassen, Priebe, and Dayne Feicht all had a goal and three assists.
Brady Wilson chipped in two goals and an assist and Patenaude had a goal and two assists. Williams also had a goal and two assists and Zach Cloutier added two assists.
The Atom Broncos improved to 6-0 and will be off from league action until December 12-13 when they host the Estevan Bruins (22-1).
