The 2019 Western Canada Summer Games are a month away… Here’s how you can Get in the Game!
The stage is being set for the largest event to ever take place in Swift Current, the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games that run from August 9th to 18th. With just under one month to go until we kick off the festivities, there are still many ways that you or your business can get involved.
Investment
Over 1,700 young athletes from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the
Northwest Territories, Yukon and
Nunavut will descend on Swift Current for the experience of a lifetime. It’s not too late to make a financial contribution as an individual or on behalf of your business, with your donation directly assisting the fundraising efforts of the Games’ Host Society. Your gift will help build a Games legacy for the region, for the participants and for the thousands of spectators who will take in these great events.
Tickets
It’s easy to Get in the Game, with 16 different sporting events and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, there is something for everyone. Tickets are available now and are a great option for the individual, family or for businesses looking to treat staff and clients!

Volunteer
You have to be an athlete to represent your Province or Territory in the
Games, but there’s nothing stopping you from representing Team Volunteer and helping deliver this world class event. Volunteering is a unique way to experience the Games, and a great opportunity for you and your staff to participate and contribute all at once. Your entry into our Race for 2,000 Volunteers is greatly appreciated, and the best part about this race is that everybody wins.
We’ve come a long way since we began our march to the 2019 Western
