“It was a great to see and experience the Colts bounce back this season and reclaim the title in the MJSHAA,” said head coach Chris Garner.

“There was a sense from the very beginning of the season that last year’s loss in the Finals was still lingering in the minds of our returning players. From day one there seemed

to be an added motivation to not fall short of the end goal again and it showed through some of the most dominant soccer I’ve seen out of SCCHS.”

The Colts boast a 121-1

record heading into the provincial playoffs.

“When I look at this team I see so many great things. Leadership, teamwork, discipline, depth, and maturity have all aided the Colts in a very successful season,” said Garner.

The Colts will head to Yorkton for Regionals on Oct. 18-19. They host 5A SHSAA Provincials the following weekend in Swift Current.
