Wage Supplement Program money not delivered by Saskparty

-

Editor:

Recently it was announced that the Saskparty government had only dispersed $24 million of the $56 million specifically allocated for the Saskatchewan Temporary Wage Supplement Program to help those front line workers during this pandemic.

$53 million of this money allocated was from the federal govt ad package. This money was not the Saskparty’s to keep, but to be spent to help those directly working.

The Saskparty government refused to help those who need it the most. Therefore I call on Everett Hindley - the current Saskparty MLA for Swift Current to stand up and work harder to get the great people of Saskatchewan this aid rather than do nothing as the Saskparty has done with this funding.
