Results from the Knights of Columbus Bowling League
Sunnyside Up Restaurant was a winner in Knights of Columbus Bowling League play.
And Jacques Paradis gets a lot of credit for that.
Paradis had the week’s best triple score, a 761, leading Sunnyside Up past Wilson Funeral Home 2-1. His effort in the match included a 276 single.
Paradis got good support from Diep Tran, who had a 205 single and 558 triple.
Daniel Gauthier was Wilson’s top kegler, with a 228/684.
+ Glenn Bird rolled a 255/679, pacing Knights Seniors and Friends to a 3-0 sweep of Seguin Patates.
Rheal Duchesne had a 229/561 in the loss, and Norm Fontaine recorded a 211 single.
+ Champs Boxing Club – led by Eric Menard (296/673), Andre Ayotte (233/641) and Pete Champagne (245) – posted a 2-1 win over Nativity Lanes.
Nativity got a 277/665 from Jean-Louis Martineau, and Gerry Thauvette had a 230/586.
+ K of C 755 defeated Columbus Club 2-1, and Roberto Demarchi led the way with a 303/698. Alain Bombardier added a 213/609.
Columbus Club leaders were Jason Belanger (268/685) and Dan Youmelle (233/583).
+ M. John Funeral Home got a 239/624 from Andre Matte in a 2.5 to .5 win over Betty Bread.
Roger Leger had a 214/592 in the victory.
Serge Ruest led Betty Bread with a 196/511.
