When it comes to amenities, Sanderson Ridge on Fish Creek Park boasts that people can expect nothing less than the very best in Calgary’s premier 40+ adult living residence.

Jennifer Thacker, marketing co-ordinator for the project, says the development, owned by Telsec, offers resort-style living for active adults on the edge of the expansive Fish Creek Park.

“It has a ton of amenities for everybody and it’s like a community in its own right,” says Thacker. “There’s so many activities.”

Sanderson Ridge has made it simple for residents to live a healthy and social life, providing numerous spaces and experiences for them right at their doorstep.

Thacker says the development was designed for active adult living — rather than retirement living or independent living — and it’s an ideal place for those looking to downsize or escape the maintenance of detached home living, empty nesters exploring their newfound freedom, and snowbirds.

“I think people like that it’s kind of their next second place. Downsizing. The kids are gone and now they’re able to move into a smaller place and be able to just go on vacation and lock and leave. And not worry about things like security, landscaping and mowing the lawn or shovelling the sidewalk. They like that aspect,” says Thacker.

“They also like that it’s an active community in Sanderson Ridge and there’s also always something going on. You can be as active as you want or not involved.”

Sanderson Ridge is a fourphase project. Phase 4 is currently being built with units ranging in size from 751 square feet to 1,780 square feet and the price ranging from $349,900 to $915,900.

There will be just over 300 units at Sanderson Ridge upon completion.

Sanderson Ridge is designed with amenities that make is easy for residents to live a healthy and social life.
