Naturally Splendid sued by Terramax for $3M in damages
ONE OF Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd.’s subsidiaries, Naturally Splendid Enterprises 2013 Ltd., was served a statement of claim by Terramax Holdings Corp. The action relates to an alleged breach of a service and supply agreement in connection with the purported cleaning of hemp seed. Under the action, Terramax Holdings is seeking damages of $3-million plus interest and costs. The action was filed with the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan.
