cups chopped romaine lettuce avocado, diced cup cherry tomatoes, halved cup sliced white mushroom caps cup roasted chicken breast slices bacon, cut into pieces and fried until crispy cup chopped sliced turkey cup shredded mozzarella cup sliced scallion (green part only) cup Homemade Pita Chips (page 95) cup Caesar Dressing (page 95)

Combine all of the ingredient­s in a large stainless-steel bowl. Top with the dressing and, using tongs, toss until well-mixed and dressed.
