cups mesclun greens cups baby spinach

Honeycrisp apple, diced

Bartlett pear, diced cup crumbled Danish blue cheese cup toasted walnuts tbsp dried cranberrie­s tbsp Crispy Fried Shallots tsp minced rosemary cup Classic Balsamic Dressing (page 95)

Combine all of the ingredient­s in a large stainless-steel bowl. Top with the dressing and, using tongs, toss until well-mixed and dressed.
