HOISIN MARINADE

cup hoisin sauce cup orange juice cloves garlic tbsp coarsely chopped ginger tbsp rice vinegar

In a blender, combine all of the ingredient­s. Process on medium-high speed for 10 to 15 seconds – it’s okay if there are still pieces of garlic and ginger visible. Transfer the marinade to an airtight container and refrigerat­e until ready to use.

This marinade will keep, refrigerat­ed, for up to 7 days.
