cup hoisin sauce cup orange juice cloves garlic tbsp coarsely chopped ginger tbsp rice vinegar
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Process on medium-high speed for 10 to 15 seconds – it’s okay if there are still pieces of garlic and ginger visible. Transfer the marinade to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
This marinade will keep, refrigerated, for up to 7 days.
