IN­CI­DENT 533 When: June 20 Where: North End A man and a woman boarded a Win­nipeg Transit bus at Portage Av­enue and Vaughan Street and rode it to the North End. Po­lice say the pair be­came an­gry when they felt they had missed their stop. When the driver stopped to let them off, the man walked over and al­legedly punched the driver in the head be­fore run­ning off the bus.

IN­CI­DENT 534 When: June 30 Where: Liquor Mart, 325 El­lice Ave. Po­lice say a se­cu­rity of­fi­cer re­fused to al­low a highly in­tox­i­cated man into a liquor store. The man al­legedly struck the guard with his brief­case and walked into the store. He tried to take a swing at a sec­ond guard, then pushed the first of­fi­cer as he walked out of the store, po­lice said. The man fled af­ter hear­ing po­lice were be­ing called.
