Like their tiny tapas bar in London, Morito’s authors encourage you to try any combinatio­n of recipes in this cookbook of mezze and small plates. We first tried Wrinkled Potatoes with Mojo Verde, paired with Chicken, Tahini Yoghurt and Red Chili. It was enough to make a meal and a delicious combinatio­n of Spanish and North-African flavours. These small plates are surprising­ly simple with recipes using seasonal ingredient­s for big flavour.
