Like their tiny ta­pas bar in Lon­don, Morito’s au­thors en­cour­age you to try any com­bi­na­tion of recipes in this cook­book of mezze and small plates. We first tried Wrin­kled Pota­toes with Mojo Verde, paired with Chicken, Tahini Yo­ghurt and Red Chili. It was enough to make a meal and a de­li­cious com­bi­na­tion of Span­ish and North-African flavours. Th­ese small plates are sur­pris­ingly sim­ple with recipes us­ing sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents for big flavour.
