Like their tiny tapas bar in London, Morito’s authors encourage you to try any combination of recipes in this cookbook of mezze and small plates. We first tried Wrinkled Potatoes with Mojo Verde, paired with Chicken, Tahini Yoghurt and Red Chili. It was enough to make a meal and a delicious combination of Spanish and North-African flavours. These small plates are surprisingly simple with recipes using seasonal ingredients for big flavour.
