Cho­co­late Cre­ations at Hy­att Ziva and Zi­lara at Rose Hall

If you love cho­co­late, a visit to the Hy­att Ziva and Zi­lara Rose Hall in Mon­tego Bay, Ja­maica, should be on your culi­nary radar. Renowned pas­try chef and cho­co­late spe­cial­ist Wouter Tjeertes has joined the Hy­att team as its in-house cho­col­o­gist and he’s cre­at­ing a wealth of elab­o­rate cho­co­late sculp­tures, cho­co­late paint­ings, hand-crafted bon­bons and cho­co­late desserts for guests to en­joy. Two fa­mous Caribbean in­gre­di­ents come to­gether in Pi­mento Rum truffles, one of his new­est cre­ations. Pi­mento has been used for gen­er­a­tions to add dis­tinc­tive flavour to Ja­maican dishes such as jerk chicken and it shines when paired with rum in these tasty new choco­lates.
