Brussels Airlines Features Star Chef Cuisine
IN 2019, BUSINESS CLASS travellers en route to the US, Canada or Africa on Brussels Airlines will enjoy a premium culinary experience created by Star Chef Thierry Theys from Nuance restaurant in Antwerp. Opened in 2008 and serving a menu built upon French haute cuisine, Nuance has topped many culinary charts and earned two Michelin stars. Highlights of Chef Theys' menu aboard Brussels Airlines include a starter of duck salad, grapefruit and crispy rice or king crab, potato, citrus and Japanese curry, followed by choices such as beef cheek
