Chotto Matte Launches in Toronto


FOLLOWING ITS SUCCESSFUL launch in Miami, Chotto Matte has opened in Toronto, marking the brand's Canadian debut. Directed by Executive Chef Jordan Sclare, the stylish new restaurant offers inventive and authentic Nikkei cuisine, an evolution of Japanese-Peruvian fare that's one of the world's most intriguing cuisines. Chotto Matte features a Robata grill counter, sushi bar and a seasonal terrace. In addition to the celebrated Nikkei tasting menus, memorable dishes include lobster and wild prawn ceviche, Nikkei gyoza and lomo al la parilla. At the AkACHAN lounge, enjoy a mix of spirits including piscos, Japanese whiskies and signature cocktails.
