Seafood Cocktail Sauce In north america is typically made from tomato and horseradis­h. I prefer this creamy british sauce for a shrimp cocktail. It’s also really good in a shrimp roll sandwich. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup 2 Tbs Lemon Juice 1 Tbs Worcesters­hire Sauce 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce 1/2 tsp Dill Pickle 1 small, finely chopped Salt a pinch 1 WHISK all the ingredient­s together. Taste and adjust seasoning.

2 SERVE in a cocktail coupe with steamed, peeled and chilled shrimp.
