Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup 2 Tbs Lemon Juice 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce 1/2 tsp Dill Pickle 1 small, finely chopped Salt a pinch 1 WHISK all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasoning.
2 SERVE in a cocktail coupe with steamed, peeled and chilled shrimp.
