Pinto Bean Pecan Pie

Canned Pinto Beans 1 cup, heated and lightly mashed
Pecans finely chopped, 1 cup
Eggs 2, well beaten 1 PREHEAT the oven to 350°F.
2 DRAIN the pinto beans, reserving one quarter of the liquid from the can.
3 COMBINE the reserved bean liquid with all other ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
4 BAKE for 45 minutes. The centre of the pie should be slightly unset.
