Perk for Peace - 9 to 11 a.m. or 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Cumberland YMCA. Peace Week Coffee Break. Coffee, snacks and a peace bracelet. Peace medallion presentation at 3 p.m. Yoga for Peace - 7 to 8 p.m. at the Cumberland YMCA. Free yoga session for the community, donations accepted, but not required.
Paint for Peace - Paint Night with peace theme at the Cumberland YMCA. Cost includes painting materials, snack and a peace bracelet. Call 902-667-9112 to register. Peace bracelets for sale at the YMCA throughout the month of November at the front desk and the Crystal Café at Dayle’s Grand Market.
