A sour note

The Beacon Herald - - OPINION -

I couldn’t believe it when I heard that CBC Radio will no longer play a long-standing Christmas favourite, Baby, It’s Cold Outside, and then was totally flabbergasted after learning that Bell and Rogers radio stations are instituting the same policy! Not a terribly surprising decision coming from the always politically correct CBC, but I expect better from the private media.

I also heard that Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer may no longer be played as poor Rudolph was subjected to bullying!

How far will the #MeToo movement and other lefty gangs go to ensure that everything we say or listen to is against their immature policies?

I’m totally tired with the lefty idiots who no longer want us to continue with our history and normal practices, and criticize anything to do with the real reason for this season and attempting to abolish our greeting of Merry CHRISTMAS instead of their benign

Season’s Greetings?
