Cyclones snap four-game losing streak
Chayse Herrfort, Holdyn Lansink and Brayden Krieger each had four points to lead the Listowel Cyclones to a 6-4 win over the Brantford 99ers Friday night at the Steve Kerr Memorial Complex.
The win snapped Listowel’s fourgame losing streak.
Krieger had two goals and two assists, while Herrfort and Lansink had a goal and three assists apiece. Bryce McFadden and Jonah White also scored.
Riley McCabe made 25 saves for the win.
Jared Hill scored twice and added an assist for the 99ers. Evan Ilkos and Reuben Young picked up single markers.
Brantford goalie Frank Boal allowed three goals on seven shots before he was pulled 15:01 into the first period. Listowel went 4-for-7 on the power play, and Brantford was 3-for-4.
The Cyclones (16-6-0-3) are third in the Midwestern Conference.
