Four-goal second lifts Cy­clones past Dutch­men

Four second-pe­riod goals helped the Lis­towel Cy­clones earn a 5-2 win over the vis­it­ing Kitch­ener Dutch­men Fri­day night.

Lis­towel trailed 1-0 after the first pe­riod be­fore tak­ing over in the mid­dle frame. Hol­dyn Lansink scored twice and had two as­sists, Chayse Her­rfort picked up two goals and an as­sist, and Luke Is­rael added a sin­gle marker. Bray­den Krieger col­lected two as­sists.

Evan Mor­ri­son made 17 saves in the win. Dray­ton Duck­ett and Sean Kawalec replied for Kitch­ener.

Lu­cas Pat­ton stopped 17 shots. Lis­towel scored on both of its power plays, and Kitch­ener was 1-for-6 with the man ad­van­tage.
