Charges laid against suspect in Coady allegations
An investigation into an allegation of fraud at the Coady International Institute has resulted in the RCMP laying charges against a resident of Antigonish County.
James Edward Marlow, 53, of Lower South River has been charged with theft over $5,000 and fraud over $5,000. The charges against Marlow are the result of a complaint made to the Antigonish RCMP in July 2018.
According to information released by the RCMP, Marlow was arrested without incident Sept. 27, and was charged Oct. 2. He was released on conditions, following his arrest.
