Pop Classics back at decoste

After the debut of Pictou County Pop Classics new Quad Tribute show, at the decoste Performing Arts Centre in Pictou County as part of a DEANS fundraiser last fall, many have asked for it again, either for a second viewing or because they missed it.

Pictou County Pop Classics cast and crew, spearheaded by creative director and producer Mike Vienneau, have enjoyed building and performing the show, and they are excited to do it all again Saturday, Mar. 2, at 7:30 p.m., at the decoste.

The show pays tribute to four favourite artists from the ‘Golden Age of Vinyl,’ including Neil Young, Eagles, Beatles and Fleetwood Mac.

“We've worked hard to capture all the details from the best songs of these great artists,” Vienneau said.

The show takes the audience back, providing a nostalgic ‘blast to the past’ with classic pop tunes, when they hear and see the songs performed by the talented local Pictou County cover artists.
