CONCANNON, A. Evelyn

The family and caregivers of Mrs. Evelyn A. Concannon, lately of East Petpeswick Rd., Musquodoboit Harbour, wish to thank her many friends and acquaintances who attended her funeral at Rowlings Funeral Home on Sept. 23, 2019. We also wish to thank the many of you who sent cards and prayers of sympathy and condolence. A special recognition and thank you goes out to those who came forward to console and support Evelyn after the death of her dear husband, Michael on Nov. 12, 2015 and continued to be there for her during her own convalescence by helping her to adjust to her loss. A special mention of gratitude goes out to Gloria and Blake Bayers whose caring help and support at that time was a great comfort to Evelyn. We also wish to thank the administration and staff of Laurel’s Lake Residence, King’s Wharf, Dartmouth for their thoughtfulness and compassion while making Eve feel cared for and loved during her last days. Our thanks are also extended to Rowling’s Funeral Home for their caring and professional service in providing funeral services for Evelyn.

A special mention and thank you is extended to Rev. Marilyn Murphy for making the arrangements for, and presiding over, Eve’s beautiful Celebration of Life and for her insightful Homily and kind words expressed about Evelyn.

A special thank you is due to Tricia and Dave Ingram who selected and provided the inspiring music and hymns during the service. Lastly, please accept our gratitude for all of the support which you have shown us during a difficult time. Our love goes out to you all, Elisabeth Schwarzer and Adrien Blanchette, also on behalf of Evelyn Concannon’s many nieces and nephews in England.
