Isle of Harris Gin, 700ml, $84.99

Hailing from the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, this stunning gin is distilled in a small copper pot gin still called “The Dottach.” The gin trend is growing thanks to such a wide spectrum of botanicals available beyond the signature juniper berry. This product takes it to the next level with defining its character by sourcing the sugar kelp by a diver combing the sea lochs of the area and harvesting it by hand.

Heaven’s Door Tennessee Bourbon, 750ml, $78.99

This bourbon comes from an award-winning collection created in partnership between the legendary musician and artist, Bob Dylan and Ryan Perry, Master Blender. It’s produced using a proprietary mash bill that incorporates 30 per cent “small grains” and aged for a minimum of eight years in American oak barrels.
