Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family and friends in Halifax Hospice on the morning of July 17, 2021. Sherry, born in Trenton, Ont., was the daughter of Marguerite (Meister) Rolfe, and predeceased Jack Rolfe. She is survived by her husband, Richard Neima; sisters and a brother, Deborah (Greg) Sheen, Derrick (Susie) Rolfe, Brenda (Paul) Boutilier and Carol (Mark) Rolfe-higney; her loving children, Erin Moore, Jennifer (Joseph) Cederquist and Matthew (Carla) Moore; her adoring grandchildren, Devin and Dylan Moore, Leif Cederquist and Luca, Sophie and Isabella Moore. She is also survived by three stepchildren whom she loved as her own, Ricky (Amanda) Neima, Christina Neima and Andrew (Caitlin) Neima. Sherry adored all her nephews and nieces. We would also like to acknowledge, David Moore and Joy Murphy. Sherry, like her father before her, lived a life of empathy, compassion, deep faith in God, and extreme generosity with goodwill towards others. Anybody lucky enough to know her knew that she had a heart of gold and a smile that could light up a room. Her passion for all things artistic showed through her many creative talents through the years. Her paintings will continue to grace the walls of family and friends for years to come. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Gowan and the South Shore Palliative Team, and the entire Care Team at Halifax Hospice who helped ease Sherry into a peaceful surrounding filled with outstanding care and compassion before she entered her heavenly home. In place of flowers, we ask you to please make donations to Halifax Hospice, https://hospicehalifax.ca/ or Hinchinbrook Farm Society, http://hinchinbrookfarm.com/. Private Service to be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been made under the direction of J.A Snow Funeral Home.
