It is with sadness we announce the passing of Constance "Connie" Faye Lowe, age 93, of Springhill, on Monday, July 26, 2021, in High Crest Nursing Home, Springhill. Born in Southampto­n, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Katheryn (Brown) Ripley. She enjoyed crocheting and especially her family. She will be sadly missed by daughters, Ruth Van Snick, Springhill; Katherine Van Snick, New Glasgow; Beverly (Bill) Hannah, Springhill; sons, John (Geraldine) Van Snick, Campbell River, B.C.; and Thompson (Dawn) Lowe, Barrier, B.C.; 14 grandchild­ren and several great and great great-grandchild­ren. She was predecease­d by her husband, Fred Lowe; son Fred Van Snick; brothers, Tom, Bob, Benjamin and Wayne; sisters; Peggy, Vivian, Jessie, Gloria and Elsie and infant sister Pearl. Arrangemen­ts are under the care and guidance of A.H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane St., Springhill (902597-2361) from where a time of visitation will be held on Thursday, July 29th from 6-7 p.m., followed immediatel­y at 7 p.m. by her funeral service. Preregistr­ation for the funeral service is required and space is limited. Please call or email the funeral home to reserve a seat. For those unable to attend, the funeral service will be streamed live through the funeral home website and available for viewing after. Connie's family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff of the 300 Wing at All Saints Nursing Home.
