Fredericton dumps Amherst 6-2

Declan MacEachern scored twice as the Fredericton Red Wings downed the Amherst Ramblers 6-2 in Maritime Junior Hockey League action on Sunday. Robbie Burt scored both goals for the Ramblers.

In other Sunday action, Campbellton beat Miramichi 8-4 and Edmundston downed Grand Falls 8-2.

Yarmouth beat Amherst 7-2 to highlight Saturday action while Fredericton beat Grand Falls 5-2, Summerside topped Miramichi 7-3, Valley beat Pictou County 5-2 and Edmundston dropped South Shore 6-1.
