RAMSAY (Langley), Dianne Joy
Age 78, of Lower East Chezzetcook, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2020, in Northwood Centre, Halifax. Born in Saint John, N.B., the youngest child of the late Dr. Abner and Thelma (Damon) Langley (last residing in Wolfville). She was preceded by her husband, Arthur Ramsay. As an independent business women (Ramsay & Brown - Plants Alive) in her workday life "Plant Lady" brought joy to many people with her sunny disposition, while she provided and maintained plants in their places of work. Dianne was a kind-hearted and creative person. She was blessed with a beautiful voice and over her lifetime shared in making music with many choirs. She was active in her community and church; having been a warden of Christ Church, in its time (Lower East Chezzetcook). She is loved and will be missed by her partner, Bud Berntson and her children, Koren Brown, Dartmouth; Anthony Brown (Sharmen Allen), Georgia; April and Garnet, Halifax; Susan Gysbertsen (Phil), Ethan and Johanna, Dartmouth; as well as her siblings, Wayne Langley (Susie), Toronto, Ont., Donna Jeffrey, Vancouver, B.C. and Miriam Langley, Halifax. Special love and appreciation to Susan and her family who graciously took care of Dianne during her illness.
