1 cup non-dairy milk

½ cup loose packed spinach

8 sprigs mint

½ frozen banana

1 small ap­ple, cored

1 tbsp maple syrup

ice cubes


Wash pro­duce and blend all in­gre­di­ents in a high-speed blender un­til smooth. Drink and en­joy!

Mint helps sooth the di­ges­tive tract and elim­i­nates tox­ins from the body. It is is also rich in an­tiox­i­dants, an­ti­fun­gal, anti-bac­te­rial and has a cool­ing and calm­ing ef­fect which makes it great for healthy, glow­ing skin. Spinach is a great source of di­etary fi­bre, pro­tein, iron and cal­cium—which makes this smoothie a great start to your morn­ing rou­tine.
