Af­ter be­ing a junk-filled, left-for-dead laun­dro­mat for what feels like for­ever, the cor­ner of Agri­cola and Wood­ill streets is alive and well yet again. Lara Cus­son’s name­sake, Cafe Lara (2347 Agri­cola Street) opened its ma­jorly ren­o­vated sunny space over the long week­end, woo­ing in passersby with well-crafted (Rocket-made) espres­sos and snacks, promis­ing a place to han­gout, meet-up or tuck into a cor­ner to get some shit done.
