Lecture series back in September
The Brown Bag Lecture Series, presented by the Penticton Museum, returns for the fall every Tuesday at noon, beginning Sept. 12.
The one-hour lectures are free and admission is by donation — suggested at $2 for adults and $1 for children. Coffee and tea is available. The following is a list of fall presenters: Sept 12: Malcolm Clough – Jaguar cars’ evolution and the V8 cooling system

Oct. 24: Don Gayton – The role of fire in forest ecology
Oct. 31: Gary McDougall – Ghost stories of the Okanagan
Nov. 7: Dennis Oomen – Beguinages of Northwestern Europe
Nov. 14: Richard Cannings – The Cannings and the Munns: Two families’ history in the South Okanagan
Sessions from Nov. 21 through Dec. 12 will be announced later.
