THEFT OF POPPY MONEY

Nov. 6 RCMP file: 2017-66968 Staff at a gas station in the 700 block of Harvey Avenue noticed that a poppy box disappeare­d on Nov. 5. They watched video surveillan­ce from the time and had clear video of a male who had been at the store prior to the theft and saw that at 7:35 a.m. the poppy box was taken. The suspected male is Caucasian, approximat­ely 5’8” tall, 170 pounds and was wearing a light grey hoodie with a puffy navy blue winter jacket, full black backpack, black pants and brown/grey high top shoes. Oct. 6 RCMP file: 2017-60707 On Oct. 6, a man reported an overnight theft from his blue Dodge D350 truck parked in his driveway on the 1300 block of Feedham Avenue. Thieves took a black wallet with multiple bank cards and identifica­tion along with a number of pairs of expensive sunglasses (Oakley, Fox, Spy). The credit cards were used at a Kelowna gas station that morning before they were cancelled. Police would like to identify these two men who could be associated to the theft. BREAK/ENTER AND THEFT

Oct. 27 RCMP FILE: 2017-64969 West Kelowna RCMP were called to a residence on the 2000 block of Hihannah Drive in the Shannon Lake area on Oct. 27 when items were discovered missing from a garage. Video surveillan­ce at the home showed two suspects broke into the owner’s BMW parked in the driveway and then used the remote to access the garage. The male and female suspects made several trips to a large white sedan (likely a Chrysler 300) with the stolen goods. Items taken from the garage include a stand-up Stanley tool kit, a drill, vacuum, battery charger, cover for a BMW 428i, compressor hose, outdoor lights and various tools. RESTAURANT ROBBED

A West Kelowna restaurant owner has been devastated by several thefts at her business, L’Oven Farm Fresh Foods, occurring between July and Oct. 31. The suspect(s) cut a hole in the chain link fence to gain entry to the property that houses an outdoor cooler at the back of the building.
