Break­fast with Santa: The young and young at heart can en­joy Break­fast with Santa from 9-11:30 a.m. at Peach­land Com­mu­nity Cen­tre. There will be a pan­cake break­fast fol­lowed by crafts, en­ter­tain­ment and a visit with Santa. Bring your own cam­era for a pic­ture with Santa. Tick­ets must be pur­chased in ad­vance. Break­fast with Santa costs $5 for chil­dren one to five years old; chil­dren six years and older cost $10 and chil­dren un­der one year are free. Chil­dren must be ac­com­pa­nied by an adult. Down­town Kelowna lightup:

From 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Kelowna will of­fi­cially kick-off the hol­i­day sea­son. Some of the high­lights in­clude pho­tos with Santa, skat­ing, vis­its with the Ice Queen and Snow Princess, bouncy cas­tle, cook­ies and some adult treats at Okana­gan Spir­its, Tree Brew­ing In­sti­tute and BNA. The li­brary will of­fer free Christmas crafts and story time. The art gallery is run­ning a pa­per lantern craft ac­tiv­ity. Towne Cen­tre Mall will have face paint­ing, scav­enger hunt and photo booth.
