Luke Turri continues to climb the corporate ladder at Kelowna’s Mission Group.

Turri joined the company a development manager in 2012 and was promoted to vice-president of development last year.

On Tuesday, Mission Group announced Turri is the latest shareholder in the company.

The amount of his investment nor his stake in the company was released.

Mission Group is behind three of Kelowna’s biggest highrise proposals.

It’s currently pre-selling condominiums in 116-unit Ella, which will rise 20 storeys at the corner of Ellis Street and Lawrence Avenue downtown.

Mission Group also recently received City of Kelowna approval to develop the Aqua series of 16-14-and-12-storey condo towers on Okanagan Lake south of the Hotel Eldorado.

And, the company bought the entire downtown city block where the former Bargain Shop is for redevelopment into a series of highrise condos, offices and shops.

Mission Group is also building four-storey loft-style condos at Central Green and U condos adjacent to UBC Okanagan.

Already built projects include the cluster of four-storey Verve condos in North Glenmore, Dwell townhomes off Highway 97 across from London Drugs, Mode lowrise condos on Dickson Avenue and Amber Hill townhouses in the Upper Mission’s Kettle Valley neighbourhood.
